Mid Career Assessment

Mid-Career Advancement Assessment
(Finding Your Calling)

Most individuals over 30 years of age have questions about maximizing their full potential at work as well as resolving job performance, stress or conflict issues. Also for midlife and near retirement adults there are issues about making a difference leaving a legacy and finding a possible ministry service. To address the assessment of your full potential to make a difference with your life we use three resources, the IDAK Career Match assessment exercises with the large inventory of over 60,000 options along with personality/temperament testing combined with an aptitude assessment interview and personal individualized counseling. Counseling is provided over the phone or in our office in two, 90 minute sessions.

You receive a complete list of your aptitude strengths, your top 10 recommended career options and the IDAK Employer Search Guide. The Employer Search Guide helps you locate all organizations in your city which match the report results.

This service is recommended for any individual over 25 years of age. It provides a significant enhancement to the IDAK Career Match self administered kit (Self-Service option) by introducing aptitude testing by interview.

This means your aptitude blind spots and hidden potential can be tested without your normal self evaluation bias. The interpretation of your printout reports are significantly enhanced by the addition of this interview perspective and the results of your personality/temperament tests so that your unique needs and circumstances can be addressed.

  • IDAK Career Match™ system assessment.
  • Autobiographical Interview™ assessment.
  • Evaluation of assessment results
  • Confirmation of assessment results.
  • Coaching of spouse (if applicable)
